长江通信:合作开发武汉房产项目

    长江通信  (600345)将与湖北爱特投资有限公司共同出资组建阳逻长江房地产有限公司，长江公司注册资本5000万元，其中长江通信将位于武汉市阳逻经济技术开发区内50亩土地评估作价1750万元出资，占注册资本的35%。长江公司的经营范围是对长江通信的该块土地进行商品房开发并销售，出资双方项目合作期为3年。
