吉林化纤:2600万购买湖南拓普股权

    11月25日，吉林化纤  (000420)与吉林化纤集团有限责任公司签定了《股权转让协议书》。按协议书约定，吉林化纤将以现金2600万元，收购集团公司所拥有的湖南拓普竹麻产业开发有限公司的52%的股权。据悉，拓普公司的经营范围是竹、麻产品开发、生产、销售的业务。截至10月31日，该公司总资产6457万元，净资产5000万元。

    完成本次收购之后，吉林化纤拟对湖南拓普公司增资3600万元，注资后湖南拓普公司注册资本由5000万元增加到1.21亿元。
