南纺股份:获准发行3.2亿短期融资券

    南纺股份  (600250)进入该新版今日公告，公司发行短期融资券获中国人民银行核准，核定公司代偿还短期融资券的最高余额为3.2亿元，限额有效期至2008年11月底。公司在限额内可分期发行，每期发行前应按规定程序向中国人民银行总行备案。公司发行的短期融资券由兴业银行股份有限公司主承销。

    公司于2007年10月向中国人民银行提交了《关于南京纺织品进出口股份有限公司申请发行2007年企业融资券的请示》及相关申请材料，申请在银行间债券市场发行规模为3.2亿元人民币、期限为365天的短期融资券。
