江钻股份(000852):机械制造基地 重点关注

    公司大股东江汉石油管理局的实际控制人是中国石化，其计划通过技术改造，成为亚洲最大的油用钻头生产企业，跻身于世界石油钻头行业五强。在国内市场上，公司一直处于领先优势，特别是3000米以上的钻井市场上一直维持60%以上的市场占有率，主要供应中石油及中石化。在原油价格高位运行的状态下，各油田相继增加开采量，消耗石油钻头数量上升，未来公司市场空间广阔。

    股改时，大股东表示根据中国石油化工集团公司对江汉石油管理局机械制造行业的发展定位，江汉石油管理局将在江钻股份股改实施完成后一年内，由江汉石油管理局向上市公司提出议案，利用江钻股份上市公司平台，通过增发或其他合适方式，将其拥有的机械制造行业的优质资产注入江钻股份，把江钻股份建成中石化石油钻采机械制造基地。马上面临公司股改实施一周年，大股东兑现承诺仅剩时间不多，未来公司整合预期强烈。该股本周随大盘展开调整，周四急跌回抽半年线之后快速回升，并以红盘报收，其明显先于大盘反弹，且强势明显，后市有望延续升势，可重点关注。
