桂冠电力(600236):跌破拟增发价 北部湾概念

    周四沪深大盘出现先抑后扬走势，成交量明显放大，显示场内资金已对严重超跌的市场形成反弹共识，个股操作上建议关注桂冠电力，公司拟定向增发价为12.30元，而目前股价不到10元，价值低估可见一斑，而且前期广西北部湾经济区发展规划已经获得国务院批准实施，桂冠电力作为拥有广西地区水电等资源的企业，将首先受惠此重大政策。

    二级市场上，近日滨海概念股表现相当出色，而同样有着国家支持发展北部湾新政策的北部湾概念股，后市有望获得市场积极关注，目前该股股价严重超跌，后市有望在反弹行情中一马当先，进行价值回归行情，值得投资者积极关注。
