沧州明珠:原料涨价导致利润下降

    沧州明珠近日发布年报，公司2007年实现营业收入3.66亿元，同比增长12.1%；营业利润0.27亿元，同比增长7.52%；归属于母公司的净利润0.23亿元，同比下降23.76%；全面摊薄的EPS为0.34元，分配预案为每10股派4.3元(含税)。

    天相投资认为，2007年公司净利润同比下降的主要原因是：原油价格高企，原材料PE价格上涨，而PE占到产品成本80%以上，导致毛利率下降。公司拥有PE管件制造的技术领先优势，拥有8项专利技术和两项专有技术，未来的业绩发展依赖于产能的提高。

    但原油价格的上涨，仍然给公司业绩带来巨大压力。致使公司募集资金投资建设的三个技改项目进行了变更。聚乙烯价格的波动仍然是公司面临的最主要的风险。2009年之后，公司还将面临购买国产设备抵免企业所得税额度用完之后税收增加的风险。预计2008和2009年的EPS分别为0.39和0.50元，考虑到未来新增产能的投产可能带来的收益，给予“增持”评级。
