铁路板块政策扶持 迎来新的发展契机

    从国内铁路运输行业情况来看，目前我国铁路营业里程居世界第三位，完成的货物发送量和客运周转量居世界第一位，货运周转量居世界第二位。但在国民经济各部门中，铁路的发展仍呈现滞后状态，运能供给的增长跟不上运输需求的增长，铁路运输业的供求关系总的来说比较紧张，不能完全适应国民经济和社会发展的需要，有些地区和线路甚至无法支撑运输需求的巨大压力，铁路发展滞后对经济的制约作用仍然存在。2004年国务院审议通过了《中长期铁路网规划》，按照《规划》安排，到2020年全国铁路营业里程将达10万公里，建设超过1.2万公里的客运专线和约1.6万公里的其它新线，完成既有线增建二线1.3万公里和既有线电气化1.6万公里，初步估算到2020年中国铁路投资规模将在2万亿元以上。 可见，在国家政策大力扶持的背景下，铁路运输及相关设备制造和铁路建设行业面临良好的发展机遇，相关上市公司必将从中获得巨大的收益，其未来业绩高速增长的预期也十分强烈。

    从二级市场上看，铁路板块在历次市场的炒作中一直没有被作为主流热点来进行系统性的炒作。作为发展前景被市场看好的铁路板块，在股神巴菲特大幅度增持的背景下，借此契机铁路板块已经掀起了一场猛烈的炒作风暴。其中重点关注：大秦铁路，广深铁路，铁龙物流。(来源:德邦证券)
