地产股借势猛飙 利空出尽就是利好

    昨夜，央行和银监会联合推出对已贷款购房又申请购买第二套住房的提高首付，首付贷款比例不得低于四成，利率不得低于同期同档次基准利率1.1倍的新政策，然而今日，地产板块一改此前的颓势，整体出现上涨，大有利空出尽就是利好的架势。仅万科B等7个股票下跌。

    截至目前，万科A涨3.25%，报30.2元；中粮地产报32.85元，涨幅为3.04%；苏宁环球报43.5元，涨幅为3.18%；保利地产涨3.12%，报74.99元；金地集团报54.47元，涨幅为3.59%；华侨城A报61元，涨幅为3.39%。
