    中国牛市远未结束，但基于对A股股改进程、上市公司业绩增长趋势、可能出现的正利率对估值标准的修正、以及后续流动性变动趋势等因素的判断，市场出现阶段性调整不可避免。调整之后将为未来的上涨腾挪出更大的空间。从“定量+微观”的方法来判断，短期市场走势不容乐观。基本面情绪指标和市场情绪指标双双下滑，预示着理性投资人的入市冲动将受到抑制，同时市场资金出现了近两年来少见的阶段性流出。交易策略和风险溢价也显示目前市场风险较大，研究结果表明，近年来市场出现的几次顶部都是动量策略被奉行的时段，风险溢价已经下降到自2000年以来的最低水平，尽管还不能武断地确认市场已在登顶过程中，但至少可以判断市场风险已经非常之高。

    下调上证综指6个月目标位至4500-5000点，对应于2007年32.4X-36.0X、2008年24.7X-27.5 X的P/E估值水平，隐含市场半年内可能会出现15-20%的负回报水平。投资策略上，建议仓位调整能力较强、风险承受能力较弱的投资者不妨暂时离场等待更好买入时机；但对于仓位调整能力相对较弱、风险承受能力相对较强的投资者，建议积极地进行行业轮换，以“成长策略+低β”以应对市场向下的风险。
