    周五沪综指承接昨日上升之势小幅高开，随后震荡上行，再现“红色星期五”行情，在股指近期震荡上行的过程中，细心的投资者不难发现，资产重组的板块表现相当出色。因此，我们认为在股指震荡上行风险加剧的情况下，最具优势的投资品种—资产重组板块无疑是投资者规避风险的首选，其中潜力个股更是值得重点关注。其理由主要有二：一是资产重组概念可带给投资者巨大想象空间；二是资产重组板块具有天然的比价优势。在股指高位震荡运行且风险加大的情况下，资产重组板块有望演绎牛市的冲击波，其中具有较强的补涨潜力以及未被市场挖掘的资产重组板块个股无疑更值得深入挖掘。其中可重点关注波导股份(600130)。该股重组预期明显，近期持续放量上攻，强势突破半年线的压制，后市有望展开加速上攻行情。(渤海投资研究所)
