国家开发投资公司将发行2007年第一期短期融资券

    国家开发投资公司(国投公司)昨日发布公告，其即将发行的2007年第一期短期融资券已获中国人民银行批准。本次国家开发投资公司将发行面值25亿元期限365天的短期融资券，中国建设银行股份有限公司为主承销商。本期融资券采用贴现发行方式，发行价格通过簿记建档确定，发行日期为7月9日。经中诚信国际信用评级公司综合评定，本期短期融资券信用等级为A-1，公司长期信用等级为AAA。
