上证所总经理朱从玖:建立公司债独特投资群体

    上海证券交易所总经理朱从玖昨日表示，发展公司债市场投资者要拓宽视野，投资者的培育要在商业银行之外的更大市场参与者中去寻找或者去开发，而不是依赖商业银行。因此，必须要大力推动专业机构投资者的参与，形成公司债投资者的独特群体。

    在“东盟+中日韩发展公司债券市场”高层研讨会上，朱从玖指出，发展公司债市场一个最基本的出发点，是改变直接融资和间接融资的结构。在已有的债券市场中，国债、金融机构债券大部分都持有在商业银行手中，如果在公司债发展中仍旧主要靠商业银行的投资来发展，势必达不到改善直接融资和间接融资结构的目的。

    他建议，除保险公司、社保基金外，还要鼓励一些金融机构开办更多的理财产品，帮助更多的投资者介入，只有这样，才能真正形成一个更加扩大、属于公司债自己的投资者基础。
