香港将开发伊斯兰债券市场

    香港特首曾荫权今日(10日)上午发表《2007-08年施政报告》，宣布香港要发展伊斯兰债券市场。

    曾荫权指出，伊斯兰金融的发展潜力巨大，香港要进一步巩固国际金融中心的地位，应积极把握国际金融新趋势，建立及发展香港的伊斯兰金融平台。除了向主要伊斯兰国家和地区加强推介香港的金融服务外，工作的重点将是发展伊斯兰债券市场。

    曾荫权透露，香港金融管理局联同业界已成立了小组，研究相关的事宜并会提出提议，以期伊斯兰债券可以尽快在香港发行。

    马来西亚国家银行副行长Dato' Mohd Razif Abd Kadir近期在出席亚洲金融论坛时介绍，目前300家伊斯兰机构控制了10兆美元的资产，所以伊斯兰金融是一个很庞大的市场。另据调查显示，伊斯兰债券中只有30%的投资者是伊斯兰教徒，这意味着其它国际投资者对此兴趣甚浓。他表示，伊斯兰教的投资者对中国很有兴趣，香港可以扮演重要角色。
