海油工程和金地集团两公司发行公司债获批

    海油工程今日发布公告称，公司发行不超过12亿元(含12亿元)公司债券的申请，已获得中国证监会发审委审核通过。

    公司此前发布公告称，计划发行12亿元公司债券，期限10年，计划于年内完成发行上市。债券所募集资金将主要用于购建大型海上工程作业船舶，为公司未来进入深水和国际市场提供装备上的支持，包括购置7000吨起重船舶、建造深水铺管起重船舶和浅水铺管船舶。

    金地集团公告，公司发行人民币12亿元公司债券的申请，已于2007年10月18日正式通过中国证监会发行审核委员会2007年第152次工作会议审核。根据会议审核结果，公司本次发行申请获得有条件通过。
