商业银行债券投资比例继续上扬 国债将更受青睐

    法定存款准备金率的频繁上调以及贷款增速加快使得商业银行固化资产比例提高。2007年3季度末，商业银行贷款和准备金占存款的比重已达到82.62%，较2季度末继续上升0.73个百分点。

    但是，贷款增速、提高存款准备金率并未挤压债券投资，商业银行债券/存款比例继续上扬，9月份达到了22.15%，较2006年末提高了2.52个百分点。我们认为原因可能有以下两点：一是由于提高了清算速度等原因，商业银行减少了对流动性的要求，从而提高了盈利资产的比重；二是商业银行通过IPO大大增加了自有资本，一部分自有资本转化成了债券投资。

    今年以来，金融债在商业银行新增债券投资中的比重超过了50%，国债仅34%，而往年国债比例一般超过50%，我们认为这可能跟今年国债发行规模增速不如金融债有关，考虑到国债的免税效应，当前国债相对于金融债的收益率优势更加明显，未来国债将更有可能得到投资者的青睐。
