中国重型汽车集团将在2月25日发行两期短融券

    中国重型汽车集团有限公司2月25日发行2008年第一期、第二期短期融资券，发行规模分别为9亿元、6亿元，期限为304天和365天。中信银行股份有限公司担任此次发行的主承销商。

    此次发行的融资券按面值发行，发行利率通过招标确定。2月26日缴款并起息，2月27日上市流通。经中诚信国际信用评级有限责任公司综合评定，发行人的短期融资券信用级别为A-1级，主体长期信用等级为AA。
