财政部宣布发行2008年第二期记账式国债280亿元

    财政部27日宣布决定发行2008年记账式(二期)国债，实际发行面值金额280亿元，期限15年，经投标确定的票面年利率为4.16%。

    根据财政部公告，本期国债2008年2月28日开始发行并计息，3月3日发行结束，3月6日起，本期国债在各交易场所以现券买卖和回购的方式上市交易。

    本期国债为固定利率附息债，每半年付息一次，利息支付日为每年2月28日、8月28日(节假日顺延，下同)，2023年2月28日偿还本金并支付最后一次利息。

    本期国债通过全国银行间债券市场和证券交易所市场面向社会各类投资者发行。在2008年2月28日至3月3日的发行期内，采取场内挂牌和场外签订分销合同的方式分销，分销对象为在中国证券登记结算有限责任公司开立股票和基金账户及在中央国债登记结算有限责任公司开立债券账户的各类投资者。通过各交易场所分销部分，由承销机构根据市场情况自定价格。
