280亿记账式国债下周发行 票面年利率定为4.16%

    财政部昨日发布公告，将通过全国银行间债券市场、证券交易所市场面向社会各类投资者发行2008年记账式(二期)国债。

    据介绍，本期国债为15年期固定利率附息债，计划发行280亿元，实际发行面值金额为280亿元，经投标确定的票面年利率为4.16%。本期国债不进行甲类成员追加投标。本期国债2008年2月28日开始发行并计息，3月3日发行结束。2008年3月6日起在各交易场所上市交易，交易方式为现券买卖和回购。
