中小企业集合发债国内创新 破译集合发债模式

    集合发行

    2007年12月25日，“07中关村债”正式获批并“打包”发行。主承销商招商证券采用网上面向个人投资者、网下面向机构投资者相结合的销售模式发行。其中，网上预设发行总额为3000万元，网下预设发行总额为2.75亿元。

    该债券发行年利率为6.68%，低于当时一年期银行贷款利率。但是，由于此债券评级高，预期收益稳定，“07中关村债”一发行，就成为资本市场上的抢手货：3000万元的网上发行预设份额不到一个交易日即发售完毕。招商证券以回拨的方式增加了5000万元网上发行份额，也于12月26日售完。
