益民多利债基明起发行

    经中国证监会批准，益民基金管理公司旗下的第四只开放式基金--益民多利债券型基金明天起面向广大投资者发售。该基金投资于在交易所和银行间市场交易的债券、短期金融工具，可转换债券，沪、深交易所上市的股票和权证，现金以及根据证监会相关规定允许投资的其他金融产品。

    其中，股票投资以绩优股为主，并参与新股申购。在正常情况下，债券等固定收益类产品不低于基金资产的80％，其他证券资产不高于基金资产的20％，其中，现金或到期日在一年内的政府债券不低于基金资产净值的5％。该基金具有费率低、流动性高、收益稳定的特点。
