非金融企业债务融资工具规则

    4月15日，中国银行间市场交易商协会发布公告表示，根据中国人民银行《银行间债券市场非金融企业债务融资工具管理办法》(中国人民银行令2008第1号)，中国银行间市场交易商协会制定了《银行间债券市场非金融企业债务融资工具注册规则》、《银行间债券市场非金融企业债务融资工具信息披露规则》、《银行间债券市场非金融企业债务融资工具中介服务规则》、《银行间债券市场非金融企业债务融资工具募集说明书指引》、《银行间债券市场非金融企业债务融资工具尽职调查指引》、《银行间债券市场非金融企业短期融资券业务指引》和《银行间债券市场非金融企业中期票据业务指引》。这些规则经2008年4月15日中国银行间市场交易商协会第一届常务理事会第二次会议审议通过，并经中国人民银行备案。
