光大银行发行20亿元次级债

记者昨天从光大银行了解到，该行已于上月末发行第二批次级债，规模为20亿元。     光大此次发行的次级债评级均为AA级，面值为100元人民币。加上4月底发行的60亿元次级债，今年以来，光大银行已总计发债80亿元。系列发债计划将使其资本充足率由去年底的7.19%提高至银监会规定的8%以上。与此同时，光大银行还通过集中处置不良资产的方式使该行的不良贷款率降至2%以下。
