2007年中国可能将外汇储备转移到基金 进行投资

    摩根士丹利预计，中国在2007年积累的外汇储备(可能有3000亿美元)有很大一部分将被转移到Sovereign Alpha Fund，该基金将进行广泛的投资。从长期来看，这对美国国债不利，对美元没有明显的不利影响，对包括股市在内的高风险资产有利；对亚洲除日本以外的主要货币有利。

    摩根士丹利预计，中国将不会改变2005年年底前积累的8200亿美元外汇储备的结构，但可能已经将此后积累起来的储备投资于更广泛的领域，包括购买美国抵押债券和其他准主权债券。
