借平安信托平台 社保基金10亿投资北京基建

    记者9月12日获悉，中国平安集团旗下平安信托投资有限公司与全国社会保障基金理事会、北京市基础设施投资有限公司在北京签署合作协议，社保基金将借助平安信托的平台，向北京市轨道交通项目5号线及机场线投资约10亿元。

    这是全国社会保障基金理事会、北京市基础设施投资有限公司和平安信托的首次合作，也是平安信托又一次规模化信托投资运作。平安信托整体信托业务规模亦由此跃上300亿元。北京市市长王岐山、社保基金理事会理事长项怀诚、北京市基础设施有限公司董事长王琪、总经理王灏以及平安信托董事长童恺出席签约仪式。

    社保基金是国家重要的战略储备，是我国经济社会发展的"稳定器"。七年来，社保基金资产规模逐步扩大，截至2006年底，全国社保基金会管理资产总额2828亿元。同时，社保基金较好地实现了基金的保值增值，为弥补今后人口老龄化高峰时期的社会保障奠定了基础。
