基金鸿飞或成节后首只"封转开"基金

    宝盈基金昨日表示，作为2008年上半年唯一一只进入“封转开”程序的基金，若基金鸿飞获准转型，或将成为春节后首只实施“封转开”的基金。

    据宝盈基金公告显示，若得到持有人大会的同意，基金鸿飞将转型为开放式基金，并更名为股票型证券投资基金。其投资方向将调整为“重点投资于拥有战略发展意义的自然资源、核心优势资源和垄断资源的企业”。
