老年居民也纳入医疗保险

    老年居民、丧失劳动能力的残疾人和低保对象将首次被纳入医疗保障范围，同时农民工将享受“双低”养老保险政策。这是记者从昨天上午召开的全市劳动保障工作会议上获悉的。

    据介绍,今年我市将落实《温州市城镇医疗保险规定》，并积极完善各项配套政策,争取在今年上半年制定出台我市城镇居民医疗保障试点办法，首次将老年居民、丧失劳动能力的残疾人和低保对象纳入医疗保障范围。预计今年下半年将在市区和瑞安市开展试点，明年开始在我市全面铺开。为了让农民工享受到养老保险政策，我市还争取在上半年制定出台农民工养老保险办法，让农民工享受“双低”(低门槛进、低门槛出)养老保险办法。

    另据介绍，今年我市还将扩大失业保险覆盖面,今年的失业保险参保人数要从去年的4万人提高到8万人，而且全面实施失业保险与养老保险捆绑征缴的办法，凡已参加养老保险的单位都应按规定参加失业保险。
