泰康人寿 首推保险行业满意度评价

    日前，保险行业首个柜面满意度评价系统在泰康人寿全国32家分公司新生活广场全面投入使用。

    此次投入使用的柜面满意度评价系统采用目前国内最先进的全液晶满意度评价器，客户在泰康新生活广场接受柜面服务之后，将被邀请对柜面人员的服务品质做出评价，评价指标分为非常不满意、不满意、一般、满意和非常满意五级。
