经营性养老保险公司登陆宁夏

    3月21日，经自治区保监局批准，平安养老保险股份有限公司宁夏分公司正式挂牌成立，这是在我区成立的首家专门从事企业年金服务的经营性养老保险机构。今后，我区企业可在办理国家基本养老保险基础上，额外为企业员工办理企业年金这一补充性养老保险。  

    企业年金是指企业及其职工在依法参加基本养老的基础上，自愿建立的补充性养老保险制度。职工在参加企业年金后，将来退休时，除可以从国家社会保险机构领取退休金外，还可以从保险公司领取已比额外的“养老费”。

    据了解，企业年金费用由企业和员工按一定比例共同承担。作为提高企业职工退休后福利待遇的一份重要补充，企业年金能够最大限度地保障职工的利益，减少职工的后顾之忧，同时为国家养老保险体系减轻负担。
