中国人保财险新疆分公司全面缩短理赔服务时限

    中国人保财险新疆分公司昨天向社会承诺，从4月1号起，全面缩短理赔服务时限。公司副总经理李建国说："接到客户投诉后，查勘人员在5分钟内与报案人取得联系，发生在城区内的保险事故30分钟内达到现场；对保险责任明确，损失金额核定在5000元以内，索赔手续齐全的，当日兑付赔款，损失金额核定在5万元以内，5个工作日内兑付赔款。"

    中国人保财险新疆分公司目前已在全疆16个地州市、110个县区设立了保险机构，公司自2003年股改上市以来，已经为企业、家庭和机动车辆承担各类风险13000多亿元。

    李建国告诉记者："为保证理赔服务承诺内容的顺利实施，我们制定了服务一票否决制度，并设置了人保财险新疆分公司总经理专线。"
