中意人寿公布重疾险保单理赔原则

    为最大化地保障投保者利益，中意人寿日前公布了对持有中意人寿重大疾病保险原有保单及新购保单客户的理赔原则。

    据了解，中意人寿采取如下理赔原则。

    在2007年8月1日之前签发的、在2007年4月3日仍然有效。而在2007年4月3日之后生效的成年人重大疾病保险或重大疾病附加保险合同，公司将按照下列方式进行理赔：(一)与《规范》比较，如果中意人寿重大疾病保险承担的任何一个疾病的保险责任较大或范围较广，将按照原中意人寿重大疾病保险合同所规定的保险责任进行理赔；(二)如果中意人寿重大疾病保险承担的任何一个疾病的保险责任较小或范围较窄，将按照《规范》所规定的保险责任进行理赔。(上海金融报)
