别担心 工伤保险支起"安全网"

    叶女士是市区某企业的职工，企业每年都为她缴纳100多元的工伤保险费。日前，叶女士下班途中遭遇车祸，头部严重受损，经过劳动能力鉴定为二级伤残。劳动保障部门根据《工伤保险条例》等有关规定，给予支付医疗费37万元、一次性伤残补助金3.6万元。鉴于伤者需要长期护理，每月还支付护理费、定期伤残津贴2178元。几十万元是个不小的数目，正是因为有了工伤保险保障，叶女士的工伤事故才不至于拖了一个家庭或企业的后腿。

    近日，市政府颁发了《关于全面推进工伤保险的意见》(以下简称《意见》)，今年政府部门将为近140万企业职工支起“劳动安全网”，比现在参加工伤保险人数增加一倍多，明年惠及人数将达181万。《意见》明确规定，今年我市辖区内所有企事业单位、民间非营利组织及有雇工的个体工商户都必须依法为其全部职工办理工伤保险；同时，农民工不再受是否参加其他社会保险的约束，企业可先行为其办理工伤保险。
