社保基金全面接受"体检"

    4月18日获悉，今年，我省将对全省职工基本养老保险基金、城镇职工基本医疗保险基金、失业保险基金、工伤保险基金、生育保险基金等所有社保基金进行全面审计。此项审计将涉及全省所有设区市、县(市、区)，覆盖面达100%，是近年来涉及面最广、涉及基金种类最多的一次社会保障基金审计。

    社会保险基金的完整和安全状况已成为全社会关注的热点。按照党中央、国务院“强化社会保障基金等公共基金的监督管理，严禁侵占挪用”的要求，我省将重点检查各地各项社保政策、制度的落实情况；检查基金收入的完整情况，是否存在征缴和管理部门少核缴费基数、擅自减免社会保险费损害职工利益问题；基金分配使用是否存在违规支付、虚列支出、转移资产等使用不规范问题，以及是否存在截留、贪污挤占基金问题等。挪用社保资金、侵害百姓利益的行为将受到重点查处。
