河南新乡国寿兑付新乡市新农村建设第一险赔案

    自中国人寿新乡分公司3月20日启动国寿新简易人身两全保险以来，仅一个多月的时间，在全市农村已承保4万余件。

    5月9日上午，中国人寿新乡分公司总经理李宏向、副总经理范清洲带领客户服务中心人员驱车30多里，来到原阳县路寨乡河底铺村兑付新乡市新简身险出险第一案。

    被保险人是路寨乡河底铺村人别桂松。今年3月30日，别桂松给自己办理了国寿新简易人身两全保险的投保手续，交保费2500元，基本保险保障金额14150元。此前，他还购买了其他人身保险。4月30日，别先生在回家的路上发生交通事故不幸身故。原阳支公司得知情况后，迅速成立专案小组，及时派人展开调查，并及时向市公司总经理室上报此案。经过调查取证，确认别先生交通事故死亡属保险责任范围。按照“新简身险”条款规定，公司决定一次性给付别先生家属意外死亡保险金113200元(意外身故给付金是基本保额的八倍)和人寿保险意外死亡保险金8000元，共计121200元。
