江西养老保险基金征缴建奖惩机制

    江西制定出台企业基本养老保险基金省级统筹预算管理办法(试行)，决定今后将对养老保险预算管理建立考核、奖惩机制。

    据了解，新规定明确，每年年终省有关部门将对各设区市养老保险基金收支预算执行、结余动用、调剂金上缴等情况进行考核，设区市对所辖市、县考核。省财政每年安排专项激励经费，与养老保险费征缴预算完成情况挂钩。
