小额保险纠纷已开始在全国范围内实现月内"结案"

    小额保险纠纷让许多投保者为之筋疲力尽，这种局面今后将得到缓解。记者昨日获悉，处理小额保险纠纷已开始在全国范围内实现，处理日期不应超过30天。

    据介绍，由于各家保险公司在经营思路、业务管理、产品特色等方面存在一些差异，由此带来一些欺诈、误导消费等问题，导致保险合同纠纷数量持续增多。2005年4月以来，上海、安徽和山东等省市积极开展处理机制试点工作，保监会规定，“小额”定义为财产保险不超过人民币20万元，人身保险不超过人民币10万元，并且调查处理工作应当自立案之日起20日内结案，延期最长也不得超过10天。
