合众人寿15万理赔大案结案

    日前，合众人寿北京分公司受理了成立两年以来理赔额度最大的一次理赔案件，理赔总金额达15万元。合众北分从受理案件到最后结案总共花费不到5个工作日的时间。

    据了解，合众北分的客户谢某不久前不幸被火烧伤，为他办理合众人寿“幸福人生”保险业务的业务员魏某得知后立刻向公司打电话报案，同时开始着手搜集、准备报案资料。值得一提的是，在公司理赔程序正式启动之前，为了不耽误谢的治疗，魏某还自掏腰包，借给他2万元救急。

    合众人寿正式受理此案后，经过5个工作日的调查核实工作，合众北分迅速作出全额支付理赔款的决定。6月4日，合众北分总经理助理朱勇亲自将15万元理赔金交到谢母手中
