车祸受害者在外地怎么理赔

    孙先生：2005年5月份发生的一起交通事故中我是肇事车主，承担次要责任，付清了受害者的医疗费1万多元，但是办保险理赔的时候，受害人已经不在南京了，如今理赔的期限快到了，请问该怎么办？

    答：你可以直接向保险公司提出理赔要求，如果保险公司不予理赔，你可以向法院起诉。
