沈阳人国内首享"打电话购车险"投保费能省15%

    在家里拨个电话，就能轻松购买车险。由于省去了中间环节，消费者还能享受到比平常低10%—15%的车险投保费率。8月1日，国内首个专用于电话销售的车险产品正式开始运营。

    记者昨天拨通某保险公司刚刚启用的电话车险专属产品投保电话，在上海设立的后援管理中心的工作人员接听电话后，在确认来电城市后，其专业工作人员根据沈阳的市场特点，可为记者提供投保、咨询、投诉等多项服务。

    据了解，该款电话车险产品是保监会《关于规范财产保险公司电话营销专用产品开发和管理的通知》后首家获批，目前该产品已在沈阳上线销售。每天7时30分到21时，为投保人提供在线服务。

    保险业内人士称，电话车险在中国虽然尚属新生事物，但在美国、英国、韩国等发达国家早已成为主流。在英国，超过50%的车主选择通过电话投保车险。

    据介绍，电话车险专属产品省去了中间环节，把保险公司支付给中间人或中间机构的佣金直接让利给车主。比如一辆车的全险全价为5000元，通过4S店、到保险公司营业厅或通过保险代理人购买车险时，其能够享受的最低优惠价格为3500元；如果通过电话投保，其应付的最低的价格可以达到2975元，费率低了15%。
