台风过后车遭殃 车险理赔爱车养护都重要

    涉水熄火二次启动不予理赔，赶紧先给保险公司打个电话报案

    当然，想顺利获取保险公司的索赔，保护现场、及时报案是十分关键的。不然，本来可以索赔的，因为操作不当反倒不能赔了。

    最常见的就是发动机涉水熄火后。这时候，如果车主故意或不小心强行二次启动造成发动机损坏的，一般的保险公司是不赔的。但是太平洋保险公司的人员告诉肥熊，如果上了涉水附加险的话是可以理赔的。

    尽管如此，相关专家还是告诉肥熊，由于理赔过程比较复杂，最好不要涉险尝试。正确的做法是不要再启动车子，先给保险公司打个电话报案，然后等待保险公司的拖车来。如果保险公司的车一时不能来，又怕车子浸泡在水中太久出问题的话，可以请就近的维修店将车子拖到安全处，这笔拖车费可以由保险公司出。

    这里还得提一点，如果车子经过了改装(例如发动机的改装)，由此导致在涉水过程中造成的损坏，这种情况保险公司也不会理赔。
