倒塌房屋开始理赔

    市政府去年底出台的《温州市开展政策性农村住房保险工作方案》，将给被“圣帕”刮倒房屋的苍南、泰顺等地灾民带来实惠。记者上午从中国人民财产保险温州分公司获悉，倒塌房屋理赔工作昨天已全面展开，凡已参加政策性农村住房保险的农户，在近两天内都可收到保险公司的理赔款项。

    去年11月，我市开始实施政策性农村住房保险，对农户自有生活住所实行一宅一保。截至目前全市有170万户农民参保，参保率达100%。一旦遭遇自然灾害(地震灾害除外)和火灾、爆炸等非自然灾害，导致房屋倒塌，农户可获得最高每户1.8万元，每间3600元的赔付。

    据人保财险平阳支公司介绍，理赔小组已于昨天下午深入萧江等地进行初步的现场勘察。文成县理赔小组已于今天上午开始，兵分六路深入倒塌房屋现场定损。(温州晚报)
