打低价牌引客 外省保单理赔难

    利用部分车主贪便宜心理，一些外省市的保险公司低价在汉销售保单，给投保人理赔带来麻烦。

    近日，省保监局公布，车牌号为鄂A-MF356、鄂A-LW309，鄂A-5D785，鄂A-MF838、鄂A-03877、鄂A-VM098，鄂A-LS885，鄂A-LV928，鄂A-HH881、鄂A-PC669，鄂A-S2258，鄂A-PD300等车辆购买的商业保险均为省外保单。目前，这些车的投保人因承保的保险公司不在省内，出现事故不能快速、周到地理赔服务而烦恼。

    据省保监局介绍，投保是遵循属地原则。而这些省外保单，通过一些在汉的中介公司销售。中介公司以过低保费吸引投保人，但不告知是外地保单。这些外地保单一般具有三大特点，一是保单上“限某省境内销售”的字样被抹去；二是保单上的印章模糊不清，看不出是外地保险公司承保。三是投保人均通过代理机构投保。

    省保监局提醒投保人，投保一定要到正规车险门点投保，不要因贪小便宜而上当受骗。
