工行持卡人获旅行不便险理赔

    近日，工行牡丹白金卡持卡人杨先生因乘坐飞机延误13小时，获得了华泰保险公司理赔的500元现金。

    杨先生于2007年6月通过网站购买了2007年6月27日晚从郑州到内蒙古呼和浩特的机票，航班因飞机机械故障一直到6月28日上午才起飞，飞机延误13小时。2007年7月10日杨先生向承保牡丹白金卡旅行不便险的华泰财产保险公司报案。保险公司通过与网站客户服务部门联系，获得了杨先生使用牡丹白金卡购买机票的支付记录。杨先生提供身份证复印件和郑州机场飞机延误证明书，于7月24日得到赔付，理赔款500元直接划入持卡人账户。

    目前，工行已向牡丹白金卡持卡人、牡丹运通商务卡持卡人赠送了旅行不便险。为向更多的持卡人提供增值服务，工行与携程公司联合推出“用牡丹商旅专线，送您出行保障”活动，凡在携程网上首次用工行信用卡注册，预订机票且成功消费的持卡人，均可免费获得“一年期的交通意外保险”和“旅行不便险”。
