泰康人寿在沪设理财师培训基地

    日前，泰康人寿与上海人才培训基地合作，成立了泰康人寿国家理财规划师培训中心，成为沪上第一家具有培训国家理财规划师资格的保险公司。

    在“泰康人寿上海分公司国家理财规划师授权培训中心”的项目中，上海人才培训基地与泰康人寿联合培养由中国职业资格委员会颁发的《国家理财规划师》二级认证班学员。首个培训班将于4月推出，泰康人寿将从现有的代理人队伍中选取综合素质好，绩效表现突出的作为第一批培训学员，自主培养具有国家理财规划师资格以及具有本地化经验、国际化视野，以顾问式行销为展业模式的优秀营销及营销管理人才，打造“高素质、专业化、高绩效”的三高团队。
