    近日，有消息指出：华丽集团重组新智科技已获得中国证监会的批准，即将进行下一步的重组进程，包括送股改名。就此事和讯网连线新智科技股份有限公司。公司证券代表对和讯网表示：重组是已经获得了证监会的批准，但正式文案还没有下达。至于送股、改名等事宜，必须再召开一次股东大会才能给予商讨决定。
