五洲明珠:二股东连续减持

    五洲明珠今日发布公告称，公司接第二股东潍坊渤海实业有限公司的通知，该公司于2007年 6月18日至8月24日通过上海证券交易所交易市场累计出售公司股份1668568股(占公司总股本的1.54%)，其中8月24日出售了602666股。截至8月24日交易结束时，该公司持有公司股份为6255895股(占公司总股本的5.78%)。
