园城股份:二股东所持股权被冻

    园城股份今日公告称，公司第二大股东———山东鲁信国际经济股份有限公司，因借款合同纠纷，被鲁信投资有限公司起诉，其所持有公司的股份3898万股全部被济南市历下区人民法院司法轮候冻结，冻结期限从2007年8月28日至2008年8月27日止。
