铁龙物流:特箱业务前景广阔

    兴业证券研究员孙朝晖和陈剑辉认为，铁龙物流未来发展前景广阔，考虑公司今年增发股本摊薄和新箱导致的折旧费增加，预计公司2007-2009年每股盈利可分别达到0.30元、0.50元、0.52元。出于对我国铁路集装箱未来巨大发展潜力和大股东可能注入资产的判断，公司合理估值在18元左右，维持“强烈推荐”评级。

    首先，公司特箱业务尚处增长起点，发展前景令人期待。公司目前重点发展干散货箱，07年底干散货箱比例将提高至50.41%。研究员分析，我国铁路集装箱运输刚刚起步，预期2007-2010年我国铁路集装箱业务的复合增长率将达到33%。拥有唯一一张铁路特种箱特许经营证的铁龙物流未来发展空间巨大。

    其次，沙鲅线扩能为公司08年后货运业务的增长奠定了基础。公司下半年将进行沙鲅线扩能，预计08年下半年运能将从2500万吨提升至5000万吨。公司扩能结束后，运量会大幅度提升。

    此外，房地产业务仍将是公司未来两年内的利润增长点。公司正在开发中的“动力院景”项目预计将在07、08年给公司每年带来利润7000万元左右。因房地产业务目前形势好，公司在近2-3年仍把该业务作为主要经营业务。
