太化股份:定向增发 高增长可期

    随着我国社会经济持续高速发展，近年能源、化工产品的需求也出现高增长速度，而化工产品需求的增加也带动了化工企业快速发展。从太化股份半年报可以看出，公司上半年发展迅速，主导产品PVC由8万吨/年扩产至15万吨/年，粗苯加氢项目也建成投产，使产品产量大增，导致上半年利润同比增长136.45%，预计今年1至9月份业绩同比仍将增长50%以上。随着前期募集资金项目的落实扩产，公司业绩处于爆发式增长中。

    前期公司拟非公开发行股票不超过6000万股，由于增发后投产的是一些前景较好、盈利能力较强的项目，增发将给公司后续发展带来保障。公司募集资金将投入到已二酸项目，已二酸是重要的基础化工原料，大量用于生产尼龙、聚氨酯等高分子材料及精细化工产品。目前国内已二酸生产已经远远不能满足市场需求，造成了产品大量进口，而公司具有该项目多年的生产经验，采用了先进的工艺和控制技术。项目建成后，预计将实现利税33456万元。同时，公司还将募集资金投入到30万吨/粗苯加氢精制二期12万吨/年项目，作为高附加值的产品，项目建成后将有良好的经济效益。新建项目将大幅提高公司后续的盈利能力，未来每股收益有望大幅提高。目前该股已走出底部，后市有望全面启动，投资者可适当关注。(浙商证券陈泳潮)
