彩虹股份:央企背景 整合带来生机

    央企彩虹集团旗下彩虹股份(600707)前期发布关于重大资产置换暨关联交易议案的公告，公司将持有的彩虹数码的股权和西安新纪元国际俱乐部的股权转让给彩虹集团。

    另外，将公司下属玻璃工厂的经营性资产及持有的彩虹资讯的股权置出，置入彩虹电子下属的彩管一厂彩色显像管业务相关的经营性资产。通过此重大的资产重组，彩虹股份把亏损包袱抛给集团，年内扭亏有望。

    彩虹集团现有总资产88亿元，综合经济实力在电子信息百强企业排名中名列前茅，在行业的排名为我国第一。目前彩虹集团已开工建设我国第一条液晶玻璃基板生产线，对TFT-LCD产业来讲，其重要性不亚于硅晶圆对半导体产业的重要性，彩虹集团还介入LED、多晶硅以及稀土永磁等项目。彩虹集团已确定未来的主营方向为显示技术、光电子技术和资源三大领域，作为其A股市场的独生子，彩虹股份未来受益匪浅。

    此外，公司持有西部信托3000万股，未来增值空间巨大。近日低价股风云再起，彩虹股份也有启动迹象，值得密切关注。  (深圳芙浪特叶小方)
