银泰股份:强势进军地产突破在望

    该股是一家低价补涨潜力品种。公司是浙江宁波本地商业龙头企业，公司大股东中国银泰投资有限公司实力强劲，为公司发展奠定了坚实的基础。此外，公司还持有海通证券、交通银行和宁波银行股权，目前增值幅度已超过5亿元。

    与此同时，公司近年来积极拓展地产项目，前期公告称拟出资收购目标公司杭州海威房地产开发有限公司股权，参与目标公司旗下海威国际项目的开发建设，继续做大地产业务，地产业务有望成为其新的利润增长点。

    近期该股一直处于震荡整理中，目前中期均线已跟上股价，并形成强大的技术支撑，目前股价连续小阳走高，成交量逐渐放出，后市即将展开强势突破行情，可重点关注。  (方正证券方江)
